Sino Stirling designs and manufactures portable ultra-low temperature freezers in Yinzhou District, Ningbo, China — for laboratories, clinics and distributors worldwide.
We focus on a single discipline: applying free-piston Stirling cooling to portable ultra-low temperature storage. That focus is why our freezers reach −86 °C in a carryable enclosure, run on AC or 24 V DC, and do it on a few grams of natural refrigerant.
Our range covers three volumes — 13 L, 25 L and 45 L — all built on the same cooling engine, controller and insulation architecture. Beyond the standard models we build to customer specification, including private-label and OEM programmes.
Compact enclosures, 15–27 kg empty weight and true auto-voltage input, so a unit can move between sites, vehicles and countries without re-qualification.
Helium working gas with 10–12 g of R-170 (ethane). Low-GWP, outside phase-down schedules, and free of special freight classification on air, road or sea.
2.4–2.8 kWh/day at −80 °C. Continuous modulation avoids the start-stop losses of a compressor cycle and keeps the cabinet temperature tight.
Electromagnetic compatibility compliance for the European market.
Low Voltage Directive compliance — electrical safety of the appliance.
China Quality Certification Centre product certification.
Certificates and test reports are available on request. Additional market approvals can be discussed as part of an OEM programme — see Custom & OEM.
